CQU's Centre for Railway Engineering
Established by Central Queensland University in 1994, the Centre for Railway Engineering is one of a number of specialised research centres nationwide which facilitate industry-university research collaboration. 'The Centre aims at developing state-of-the-art technologies necessary for improving the economy, efficiency and safety of the railway operations and infrastructure through research, education and innovation.'
